Dick is a graduate the Royal Agricultural College (now University) at Cirencester and worked in the crop protection industry for ICI and Cyanamid for 20 years before becoming manager and subsequently owner of Solufeed Ltd. Outside work, sailing, flying and the family keep him busy.
